ABOUT TRADEHOX
TradeHox exists because mid-market trade companies kept hitting the same operational ceiling — 47-step workflows, CBAM compliance anxiety, customs documentation errors. The tools weren't the problem. The implementations were.
Junakiya
Founder & CEO, TradeHox
Junakiya is the founder of TradeHox. The same failure pattern surfaced across every mid-market trade company I worked alongside: operations teams rebuilding the same workflows from scratch because no implementation partner understood their specific constraints — CBAM Phase 2 emissions verification, HS code classification edge cases, customs portal data formats that shift with each EU regulatory update. The tools existed. Nobody was connecting them for this vertical.
The pattern was consistent: 47-step manual order workflows consuming most of the operations team's time. CBAM compliance creating existential pressure — specifically, the requirement under EU Regulation 2023/956 to provide verified installation-level emissions data that most ERP systems don't track. Customs documentation errors generating $50K–$500K in annual penalty exposure, undetected until audit time. Operations teams burning out on repetitive re-keying across systems built to never talk to each other.
One failure mode we see repeatedly: mid-market exporters treating CBAM's transitional phase as low-stakes. It isn't. The Annex IV monitoring methodology under EU Regulation 2023/956 requires installation-level emissions data — not historical averages, not EU default values. Companies that haven't built the data infrastructure to support a third-party verifier by mid-2026 will be unable to meet the February 1, 2027 certificate requirement. The AI automation is straightforward. Building the data pipeline that makes the AI trustworthy is not — and that's where most implementations fail.
TradeHox is a specialized AI implementation firm — not a consultancy, not an agency. We focus exclusively on trade operations automation. We embed with client operations teams for 90 days. We deliver production systems, not pilots. Every active engagement is led directly by the founder — no handoff to a junior team after the kickoff call.
Mission
“Make AI-powered operations accessible, deployable, and trustworthy for the mid-market trade companies that power global commerce.”
What we believe
Accountability
Every TradeHox system logs every action — decision-level traceability for the regulatory environments our clients operate in. Audit-ready from day one.
Sovereignty
Your operational data, your systems, your control. No black-box dependencies. Self-hosted or cloud, your choice.
Composability
Systems built to evolve, not replace. Each workflow automated independently. Add capabilities as your operations grow.
Depth
We don't ship demos. Every capability tested against real trade operations constraints — CBAM, customs, LC, cross-border complexity.
Clarity
Trade operations complexity is real. TradeHox makes it operational — without oversimplifying what needs to remain precise.
Why TradeHox
The mid-market trade segment ($50M–$200M revenue) fell between two extremes. Big consultancies — Accenture, Deloitte, EY — deliver to Fortune 500 at $500K–$3M engagements over 18 months. Indian IT firms — TCS, Infosys, Wipro — commoditize with offshore generalist teams. Neither serves mid-market trade companies that need vertical specialization and rapid production deployment.
TradeHox is the third path. Specialized in trade operations. Forward-deployed in 90-day Sprints. Production-grade from day one. We work with a limited number of mid-market trade companies at a time — and remain deeply accountable for what we build.
Work with us
We work with a limited number of mid-market trade companies at a time. If your operations team is ready to move from 47-step manual workflows to AI-augmented production — let's talk.
